Uralchem ​​bought 37.4% of Uralkali, increasing its stake to 81.04% from 46.3%, follows from the message of the latter.

At the same time, the Cypriot company Rinsoco Trading, owned by businessman Dmitry Lobyak, Mazepin's partner, reduced its stake in Uralkali to 18.96% from 53.7%.
